SAM'S STORY
Sam has over seven years of experience in the massage industry and holds a Certificate IV in Relaxation Massage, a Certificate in Hot Stone, Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage, a Cert III in Beauty Services, and a Certificate in Professional Body Piercing.
Sam has always held an interest in health and well-being and enjoys welcoming new and existing clients into Bodhi Zen.
Sam enjoys spending time with her family and travelling and looks forward to seeing everyone soon xx.
CARLY'S STORY
Carly has been at Bodhi Zen since May 2023. Carly was the Owner of Carly Marie Beauty and Styling, before leaving her business and deciding to join our team at Bodhi Zen.
She is a beautiful Beautician, with a focus on Nail design, Acrylic and Vogue Nails. Carly is also our Makeup Artist, ensuring you look gorgeous for your events and wedding day.

STACEY'S STORY
Stacey has been at Bodhi Zen since September 2023. Stacey is a gorgeous girl who has fit into our team with ease.
Stacey has a Certificate in whole-body massage and will ensure you leave Bodhi Zen feeling very relaxed after one of her massages.

Stacey is currently with us on Mondays and Tuesdays for massage treatments, but is very keen to add additional treatments to her skill level. Keep an eye on our Social pages as the year progresses!!

GEORGIA'S STORY
Georgia is the beautiful face you see when you enter Bodhi Zen on a Thursday and Friday after school hours. She is our helper in most tasks, whether it is customer service, point of sale, cleaning, folding towels, sterilising, answering the phone and more!!

Georgia is getting to know our clients and is very keen to continue learning her role within Bodhi Zen.

Relaxation Massage
A relaxation massage helps to de-stress and loosen up your body and is great for those who feel like treating themselves to some TLC! Relaxation massage consists of flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at your chosen pressure. It is a pain-free way to relax both your muscles and your mind.
Pregnancy massage also available.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the healing and repair of skeletal muscles and focuses less on relaxation. You will still feel good after a treatment, but your muscles will be the centre of attention during the massage.

Another difference is that the relaxation massage deals with the superficial muscle layers (outermost layers closest to the skin) while the deep tissue massage targets the innermost muscle layers.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is the practice of heating smooth stones and placing them on various areas of the body during a massage. They can either be left on tense spots or used by hand to aid in heating and relaxing sore muscles. The earliest use of hot stones to improve health and relaxation took place in India. The practice began among the Hindus in India approximately 5,000 years ago, and was called Ayurveda. This involved the placement of stones on the body to relax tense muscles and relieve related pain.
Indian Head Massage
Experience complete relaxation with an Indian Head Massage. Our treatment is a modern take on the original Indian Head Massage. We include an upper back, neck and shoulder massage, with your head massage and a facial massage. This treatment has it all.
Waxing
Eyebrows, Lip, Chin, Sides of Face, Underarm, Full Leg, 3/4 Leg, Half Leg, Arms, Bikini Line (Standard and G-String), Back and Chest.
Eyebrow Tinting Eyelash Tinting Lash Lift Henna Brows
Need some colour and definition for your brows and lashes. Brow Tinting and Henna and Lash Tinting and Lash Lifting available.
Facials
Offering three levels of Facials,
Express, Deluxe and Aromatherapy with Gua Sha, 45 and 90 minutes. We also offer a Junior Express 30 minute Facial, a great introduction to skincare for the under 16's. Why not combine a facial with our LED Light Therapy (a new service coming soon!!)
Spray Tanning
We use Vani-T and Bondi Sands for our Spray Tanning. Come in and get yourself tanned without the rays. We also have Vani-T Express Self Tan and Mitts available for use at home.
Hands and Feet
Bodhi Zen offers all things hands and feet. Whether you are looking for a simple Manicure or Pedicure with Regular Polish or Shellac, Express or Deluxe, or a set of Acrylic nails or Vogue nails, we have you covered. We also offer Nail Art, stickers and new creations.
Pedi Peels and/or paraffin wax treatments also available.

Body Piercing
Body Piercing at Bodhi Zen. Piercing is performed using a disposable needle/cannula. Ear Lobe, Ear surrounds, nose, belly button and more!!
Sam is a qualified Professional Body Piercer and is very happy to discuss your piercing needs.
Ear Piercing
Ear Piercing for all ages. Single and Pair using the Caflon Applicator Gun. Caflon earrings, Gold, Rose Gold and Silver, plain and Gem available.
Infrared Sauna
Come in and experience our Infrared Sauna. 20, 30, 40 minute sessions available. We also have packages available. These can be used as gift vouchers!!
Makeup Services
Carly is our Makeup Artist at Bodhi Zen. Offering Event Makeup and Wedding Makeup. Bodhi Zen uses the beautiful range of Vani-T, which we also have available to purchase.

Ear Candling
*Ear Candling is a new service that will be COMING SOON to Bodhi Zen in 2024!!
Ear candling is a gentle, relaxing treatment to clear the ear canals of accumulated debris and stimulate the flow of energy to the entire head area. It's an excellent therapy for relieving conditions affecting the head and ear area, such as:
sinus congestion
glue ear/swimmers ear
ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
hearing problems
age-related deafness
flying discomfort
excessive ear wax

Salon/Clinic Policies
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time, so you can relax in one of our comfy chairs. If you are a new client to Bodhi Zen Massage and Beauty, this will give you an opportunity to fill out a new Client form and have us go through your form with you before your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 30% being added to your treatment fee.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend that you arrive in comfortable clothes so that when your treatment is complete, you can leave feeling great. If you are having a foot treatment, please wear open-toe shoes.
Let us know
If you are feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule your visit to Bodhi Zen until you are well. If you have a chronic or severe medical condition, are pregnant, or have any injuries, please check with your GP that your treatment is suitable and safe for you.
Covid Disclosure
If you are feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule to protect our staff and other clients during this time. If you have been in close contact with anyone that has COVID-19 or you have been tested for COVID-19 leading up to your treatment, we will require you to avoid coming to Bodhi Zen Massage and Beauty; and to please reschedule your appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Bodhi Zen Massage and Beauty offer gift vouchers for that special someone. Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or in salon. Gift vouchers are valid for treatments and products, and have an expiry date of 12 months.
